• The Soloist by Steve Lopez– an touching and insightful look at mental illness.
• Lucia, Lucia by Adriana Trigiani. So, so.
• The Obiturary Writer by Porter Shreve.  Not what I expected.  A twist at the end.
• The Alchemist by Paul Coelho. uhm…
• 1984 by George Orwell.  Scary.
• Frankenstein by Mary Shelly.  Very good.
• First Family by David Baldacci- Predictable.
• Searching for God Knows What by Donald Miller. Excellent. 
• Tea Time for Traditionally Built by Alexander McCall Smith. A fun light read.
